Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • AWD or 4WD vehicles required in winter months due to steep incline. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle; chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Policies and Rules

  • This home is not pet friendly. No pets allowed.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age to reserve: 25 years. The reservation holder must sign the agreement and be one of the guests.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events or parties above posted occupancy are allowed at any time.
  • Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the designated trash receptacle.

Fees and Payments

  • Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Well-stocked kitchen with utensils and cooking basics.
  • "Starter set" of paper products provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths. Quantities are intended for one or two nights.
